Cheap Recorder for Android
Record your phone's screen with your face in the corner, in one tap.
What it does
- Records your screen, with the front camera shown small in the bottom right, so people see you while you show your phone.
- One tap to start, one tap to stop. No folder to choose, nothing to set up.
- Saves an MP4 with your voice on it, ready to share anywhere: a chat, an email, a post, or the recorder on your computer.
Why an app and not this website
Phone browsers cannot record the phone's screen. That is a limit of every phone browser, not something a web page can work around. On a computer, the recorder at cheaprecorder.com/app records the screen from the browser. On a phone, only an app can, so that is what the Cheap Recorder app is for.

How a recording goes
- Open Cheap Recorder on your phone and tap Record.
- Allow screen capture when Android asks. Your camera appears small in the bottom right.
- Open the app you want to show and talk through it.
- Tap Stop. The MP4 is in your phone's videos, with a Share button.
